Note: we do offer used products under our “Used” section.

If your EDGUN.SHOP or EDGUNLESHIY.SHOP product comes with factory flaws, or should any material failure occur within the stipulated period, it will be covered by the warranty.

The warranty period begins at the date you receive your product.

All products purchased at EDGUNLESHIY.SHOP are covered by a warranty period of 2 year (24 months)

To ease this process, we’ve laid out the steps for you.

First, you should inform any issues to your EDGUN.SHOP or EDGUNLESHIY.SHOP by sending an email to info@edgun.shop

The information we need is the following:

· The bill number of the purchase.

· Pictures of the product.

· A brief description of the issues experienced.

Once we have received this information, we will handle all the specific procedures concerning the warranty. We will contact you right away.

In the United States of America (USA) and all European countries, we (EDGUNLESHIY.SHOP) take care of the whole process: we pick up your airgun and deliver it back to you after problem is solved. So, when you get a product from us, you can be sure that you will receive a complete service.

During the first 30 days after having received the product:

We will replace the flawed product 

Following 23 months:

We will repair or replace the product’s flawed or malfunctioning parts.

Your warranty will be void if:

· The product has been disassembled and reassembled incorrectly

· We verify that none recommended lubricants have been used

· The product has been modified or repaired with non-genuine parts

· The product shows signs of misuse

The warranty won’t cover, under any circumstances, the following issues or items:

· O-Rings, screws, seals.

· Any damage caused by user negligence

· Air leaks* (unless it is caused by a manufacturing flaw)

*All PCP guns, no matter their cost or quality, may suffer air leaks at any moment of their product life. There are many reasons for this, such as the quality/purity of the air used, the speed at which the air is pumped into the tank, humidity, storage conditions. Air leaks are not covered as they are unrelated to manufacturing defects. Similar scenario.

Good news, though; 99% of air leaks are fixed by replacing the O-Rings. This can be done by you with the aid of tutorials (such as those on YouTube), or you can hire our technical service to do it for you.
